1. Introduction As used in these Terms of Service, "Unlok" refers to Unlok Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Kupa Inc., an AI invest-tech company headquartered in Korea. These Terms apply to your access and use of the Unlok website and mobile application (collectively, the “Service”), as well as any related content provided by us and our affiliates.

3. Acceptance of Terms By using the Service and the Content, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any other applicable agreements between you and Unlok. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Unlok and the Third-Party Providers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Self-Directed Accounts Unlok provides self-directed brokerage services. Unless specifically identified as an individualized recommendation, Unlok does not provide investment advice. As a self-directed investor, you are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks associated with any Content provided through the Service.
6. User Conduct By using the Service, you agree not to:
  • Upload, post, or transmit any unlawful or harmful content.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the Service.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
7. External Links The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Unlok does not endorse these sites and is not responsible for their content or availability. You acknowledge that Unlok shall not be liable for any damages or losses caused by your use of such external sites.
